To ensure correct data entry at stores.

To co-ordinate with all stores and production in-charges for timely delivery of sales programme through SAP reports.

To co-ordinate with sales, billing and truck loading regarding timely execution of sales order for billing.To co-ordinate with production data entry team for timely punching of production data/ store transfers.To check the inventory level at stores (physical vs system stock).

To provide on job training (if and when required) to production and store in-charges.

In case of any issue related to billing and data entry, intimate the concerned HOD (stores)/MR/ Plant head immediately and discuss remedial actions.

To co-ordinate with SQA regarding the pending UD of material e.g. bought out cycles, spares etc.

Daily reporting of total number of trucks received, trucks dispatched, cleared for billing and pending if any (reason for the pendency’s).

Report to HOD stores/ costing/ plant head and management as and when required.

Export PGI completion to ensure timely invoice of container.
